The outer panel is fixed while the two inner panels can be removed. This facility makes the process more effective as you can separately clean and wash the glasses. In fact, without removing the glasses, you can’t clean between the glasses. Note that cleaning between the glasses is necessary. Not only does the heat conductivity of the glasses reduce due to the debris and dirt, but it also gives off food odor if not cleaned. Spills and vapor can make the doors smelly, greasy, and dirty. Though you don’t need to clean it as frequently as you clean the oven, you should clean the door between the glasses at least twice or thrice a year. Wet a microfiber cloth in it, strain the water and wipe off the glasses thoroughly. This would bring back the shine and remove all the debris. The warm water would also loosen the dirt from the rust. Step 3: Make A Paste Of Baking Soda Baking soda is an amazing agent to remove rust and rust stains. It neutralizes the rust and slowly removes it from any metal or glasses. Leave the paste on the stains and rust for around 15 to 20 minutes. On stubborn layers, keep it for 30 minutes. Step 5: Remove The Paste And Reveal A Sparkling Glass After 20 to 30 minutes, take a microfiber cloth dipped in warm water and wipe off the layers of baking soda paste. Put pressure on the layers so that the rust comes off the glass along with the baking soda. Now you can see a sparkling oven glass without the stains and spots or any layer of rust. Here is the process of cleaning between glasses with baking soda and vinegar after you separate the glasses: Make a thick paste of baking soda and warm water. Apply the paste all over the glass. Don’t apply too much and only cover the glasses. You may use a brush to apply the paste. Leave the paste on the glasses for 1 or 2 hours.
